Speed Up Firestick (freezing system apps)

Prime videos will stop playing if you disable all of them. There's one or two that affect Prime videos so will need to keep it enabled.

EDIT: Apologies, I thought it was another app TechDoctorUK did which was for Firestick 4k. So ignore the comment above. For people with 4k stick there's a debloat video for that which is super simple.

EDIT2: So in my haste I totally missed the fact that Dar1437 also posted the Firestick 4k method too! So if you do use that method make sure you test which of the apps need to be kept enabled in order for Prime video to function.

I've debloated all the items and everything was fine till, Fire TV from my phone started to play up then the remote itself. Now this wasn't a coincidence as it happened on a 2 sticks that I used toolbox on to debloat..
I decided to turn off the debloat but on selected items in the Toolbox which I thought might be affecting the remote access phone or remote. I rebooted both phone and stick and still the same.
I then turned off debloat so it was back to how it was again rebooting and its the same but with the Fire TV app on android. So I uninstalled the app on 2 phones, reinstalled with 2 versions (older/ newer) and still the same.
Using the phone is a big part of my Fire TV as I don't have a remote for one of the sticks plus its far easier. I have gone over about everything I can , debugging on off on , reinstalling apps stick and phone and I have given up. I will factory rest the stick and get back. What happens is, when you scroll your finger on your screen there's random movements, either non or it will scroll up or down super quick so you can't stop it on any icon, basically you can't make it stop.
All's I can say is, I never had the problem before debloating. I cannot 100% say that is the root cause of my problem only a factory rest will tell me.

I actually installed the debloat tool on my phone and connected to my firestick to carry out the commands. So far I haven't noticed any odd behaviour. Perhaps if you want to try again after factory reset you could use this method?

Also are you using a 4k stick or normal one?

I have not had the chance but I will factory rest the stick and try it again. I did notice a couple of the boxes you tick mention about remote and syncing. I'm not sure it this has any bearing, I'm purely guessing right now.

Yep. I think I left those alone.
