Stremio hell..buffering andd stuck

Hi all,

I've just install Stremio on my firestick with torrentio linking my RDebrid account.

I've synced addons etc following the guide from a well trusted source.

When I find content it shows the RD links but either it gets stuck on the loading screen or buffers like hell when it finally plays. I've playe multiple movies/series.

I have tried both with and without my VPN running.

Any ideas?

Was a Stremio virgin before installing, just wondering if I've missed something during setup.

Any advice most welcome

Try adding Annatar and Nightcrawler scrapers to Stremio.
You don’t need a vpn but also make sure it’s on RD white list for VPN’s if you want to use one

Never had that issue. You normally get that sort of problem when not using RD but could try what Aristotle suggested

The firestick I initially installed the setup on is a Firestick lite.

This morning I've installed the setup on another firestick (a Firestick 4k) connected to another TV and it works great!

I'm now wondering if the Firestick Lite is not good enough to turn it?? It is quite old.

Thoughts?

@Aristotle thanks for the tip on Knight crawler, been using stremio for a long time with rd and torrentino but that knightcrawler has some massive remux available.

It does and that’s the type of files I use for movies.
Remux 1:1 rips
I don’t use Stremio to play them because of Exoplayer’s limitations.
I prefer Kodi players because it can play nearly every codec.

More than likely under powered.

We stick with stremio for wife.

Syncler will play and track them but you need to set Kodi as its player.
