Tivimate issue on Nvidia Stream Pro Box

My tivimate IPTV has been working fine for some while and then one day most of the smaller pictures of the movies available changed a few pictures are good, and the others stretched vertically & bleached out,

My supplier is unable to help, I use a Nvidia stream box pro which is just 6 months old, is connected by cable to my router, I do have Nord VPN installed.

I have tried doing a factory reset on the box & reinstalled Tivimate, I have switched Nord off & yet the problem still persists

Has anyone experienced this problem ?

I have you tried loading you playlist onto another player for a comparison?

Thank you, No I haven't, & I don't have another player, I was thinking of buying another playlist, Is there anyone that can recommend? I' don't wan to get ripped off by some newbie who's been in it for 5 mins

I Use Tivimate on Firestick.
Had this too. Its just the small picture on some Movies and TV.

I can live with it.

We must have the same source down the line
 
I would definitely recommend trying another player as others have mentioned. Isolate the issue to the provider.... see if that's the case. There's plenty of free players to at least test it first.

If it's not the player, you can go to request section like mentioned and set up a new service if you want.
 
It's not your Tivimate player or device, I have the same issue from a Chinese Sub that I have, with my main supplier all images are good on the same Device and using Tivimate
