USB flashing with the same version of Openvix

I’m recently updated via the software manager to version 6.7.007, but it has created issues (Gigablue UE UHD 4k)
I’m trying to flash the same version with a USB drive which I have used previously, the image is recognised, but doesn’t actually install.

Any offers as to what I’m doing wrong?

Use a small sized usb stick. Ensure it is fat32 file system. Check folder structure is correct.

Alternatively, flash image using image manager.

Do not restore settings/plugins after it reboots if you want to start "clean".

Thanks for the reply. The USB is an 8gb Kingston which I have used on previous occasions. I will double check the folder structure.

Does the fact I am trying to flash with the same image create any issues?
