VM Hub settings for Iptv

I've been having problems with my Iptv freezing during sly $ports etc. My supplier has said everything is fine at his end. Are there any specific settings my router should be on or have a got a poor supplier?

Virgin Media

With Virgin media the tool you want to disable isWEBSAFE. To do this please follow these steps.

1. 1. Register or sign in atvirginmedia.com/myvirginmedia with your primary my virgin media username and password.
2. 2. Click on MY APPS
3. 3. Click on OVERVIEW
4. 4. Turn both VIRUS SAFE and CHILDSAFE off

Try the above on your router, also turn off IP flood detection.....its called that or something similar. It's found in the hub settings.

If the problems continue you then need to look at other things, do that for now and then post again if you need help.

Thanks. In the end I didn't have do anything, I changed supplier and everything is fine so it was nothing to do with virmin.
