hi just wondering if servers still working on getting tings sorted or do i get someone else thanks, cos could still open paypal case, although would just like to know whats happening cheers in advance

The servers were sorted last week. Did you buy your line from a authorized seller?

Mines still down. Has been since the 8th. His site says all offline. His emails don't work. I believe he is an authorised seller as he was recommended by TK Veteran. And TK Veteran isn't answering pm's either!!.

I am with same person as you Sn0wman1. I only had mine 1 week and it went down i paid for 1 year.

mine too is off a recommendation from a tk they were good enuogh to mail me just wanted to know current status before opened case with paypal in fact just thought i will mail paypal recipient lol

If you pay with paypal using friends and family you cant open a case

also bit sad that we have to advise people to be wary of some tk vets and to do there research about them ie when they joined etc shame certain people spoiling what is a really great forum ?

Yeh I only had mine a week too pal. As jimbob77778 says just an update would be nice instead of keeping us in the dark. Luckily I hadn't deleted my old line so still got channels but with lots of glitching

Might be wrong but don't think it's a case of doing a runner if you've followed this closely a number of issues ...but win some lose some ...I myself lost this time chance you take when you buy the line no one will give you 100% guarantee its the nature of the beast unfortunately...:(

I would of thought if he had done a runner he wouldn't have bothered emailing us to let us know it had gone down. And I don't think he would of bothered creating a website if he was like that. He has put a link on there for a cheap 1 month line and said 40 days would be added to new line when back up and running for inconvenience of buying another line. We can only hope it gets sorted soon..

From what I read I had the same supplier I've done the £3/1mounth he suggested we go to and the line is perfect his website still there try the £3 and give the guy a chance to sort his stuff out!

well i have a sub of one of the "vets" off this forum, the line went down, but before it went down i had a email telling me it was going to go, the next email was a fix, it went down again a day or so later, i emailed him & within about half a hour had another fix sent & working fine up to now (fingers crossed), i honestly cant complain at all, helped me set up my box also via email, cracking lad, gonna get a new sub soon for my sister , i trust him implacably & he always responds to any mail very quick (even if it is a " give me a hour or so mate ), no problems at all ;-)

Thanks for that pal. Doesn't sound too promising does it. I do hope it's not same guy. I'm all for giving my supplier a chance to sort stuff out but how longs enough. Notty1975 did the guy ask for your old line back?
