well i have a sub of one of the "vets" off this forum, the line went down, but before it went down i had a email telling me it was going to go, the next email was a fix, it went down again a day or so later, i emailed him & within about half a hour had another fix sent & working fine up to now (fingers crossed), i honestly cant complain at all, helped me set up my box also via email, cracking lad, gonna get a new sub soon for my sister , i trust him implacably & he always responds to any mail very quick (even if it is a " give me a hour or so mate ), no problems at all ;-)
