If the broadband is dropping out, that would surely point to a hardware fault as in there fault, if all is well at your end eg. cables etc, looking at logs to nosey at all the porn you may or may not have looked at is not going to solve the situation.
Do what my mrs does kick off at them go ape and demand new equipment as this is faulty.
The longer you keep them on the phone the more they want you off it, so they can sell someone else something.
The simple answer is:
"ive been a sky customer for x years, i should not have to pay for something that does not work, my friend next door he has cable and is his working fine"
