Please help with wifi settings

I would get dish re aligned instead of getting new box as you may still have same problem the box you have is good enough

I will have a little play with sorting dish. You were saying when looking at dish 1st move 1 inch to the right and wait. Then repeat actions again and again till I have a signal is that correct.

Yeah you can do it like that or if you can get someone to help you saves you up and down a ladder checking
 
Dish moves in an arc , just taking a gamble it moved left , oh another thing make sure that the round bar arm going from wall bracket to dish is dead straight up ,if not make sure it's perpendicular , that's arm on wall bracket NOT the one to lnb

Oki dokie so onto the dish alignment then and when that's done onto the next 18 pages ha ha. No seriously thank you very very much for all your help and and few comments from others also appreciated. Top man

Made a couple of calls today and earliest 1 I could get to come and take a look was Monday so till then I'm not going to have no update. so if you know anyone who is in the region of south kirkby wf93pb I'd be happy to try them as the 1 I agreed to have come out was 60 for setting box up and 30 for setting satellite. However they did say that would be for a yr gift aswell... As I'm new to this I don't know if that's good or not good.
 
A years gift ? Sounds cowboyish, you do know most of the premium channels are blocked on sat, and if it's a IPTV "gift" (god I hate that term) you won't need a dish
