Thanks I've tried your suggestion but no luck - Discovery+1, Disc.Science, Disc.Sci+1 are still there but the others are blank.

back up your line etc open WB plugin and re flash your box when asks want to back up settings select no want clean install ,when up an running reload line and set your box up how like it and then back up your settings via WB plugin, when you got it all working again ,which then you can reload if you ever duck box up
 
No, the favourite bouquet is a system bouquet. Even if you never connected a sat / cable feed and deleted all of the bouquets it will always come back. It is part of the Enigma2 makeup and not image related.
 
@wooshman hi can you help my zgemma h2s box got stuck so had to reflash now it won't connect to the internet Joe tried restarting my router ivr tried restarting the network on the box but it's still say failed to connect to internet when it boots up
 
anyone using woosh v6 had software updates over the past week ?

im not getting any and just wondering is there is a problem at my end or there just isn't anything to update lol

I'm sure iv'e heard that open ATV are not doing updates for openatv 6.0 .wooshbuild V6 runs on atv 6.0.so thats why.hope that helped.

Thanks and I have followed your suggestions refreshing my Zgemma and the missing MTV and Discovery channels returned. My only issue now is the c-line failing every day causing the loss of all 'paid' channels.

There are some strange things being reported by Zgemma users at the moment both here and elsewhere with regard to channels disappearing, line failing to load, etc. I have already written about my line not loading and having to try restarting via the Softcam Panel which doesn't always work, removing & reinstalling line which doesn't always work, removing Sotcam mgcamd plugin then reinstalling which doesn't always work, and finally refreshing the box which you say isn't always required as channels just 'come back on without doing anything'.

For me this morning I've just checked to see if I can view any of the 'paid' channels and the answer is no. So I am in the process of going through all of above which I had to do yesterday and the day before. I am approaching the point where I just can't be bothered anymore.
 
Have you tried flashing the box with a bare bones image? - no plugins or bells and whistles?
try openatv as it is and see if it works any better, got to be worth trying it before you launch the box through the window :(y):

Anxious to not completely brick my box, as it is a good freesat box, so could you point me to a safe image to download? I've just done a quick search but find lots of images and don't want to mess things up completely. Just to keep on-topic I do like Wooshbuild and would prefer to stay here but needs must.
 
Have you tried loading your line to your hdd then running the cam importer, this should then put it in the right place and automatically re-start it.
If that fails I would get a test line just to rule out it out
Have you re-loaded the softcam ipk

thanks for that, makes sense, ive updated to 6.1 and installed the plugins separately, i will wait and see if wooshman does a 6.1 build.

Hi, Yes I have my line on the HDD and have used the Cam Importer numerous times; I've also used the line backup when my line worked and have reinstalled from there. I have deleted line when it fails again and moved back to HDD and re-imported using CAM importer as well. I have checked with my provider and line is working and I do get it working most days but then later it's gone again. Sometimes a quick ReStart does the trick but mostly it does not.

I'll give pabloescaban's suggestion about a new image a try.

Thanks again - I've just done that and line activated and channels clear. I have done this before and lose the line the next day or even later same day so let's see what happens tomorrow.
 
have you clicked to re-start line automatically .?
after you start the line, you need to click another button, yellow I think, to restart the line automatically

I'd suggest there was a problem with the box itself, it shouldn't lose line details or any other info like this, and if it loses line info, what other info is it losing?
Either a duff line or a duff box, and i've never heard of a box doing this before so my diagnosis, and I've been wrong before o_O, is you've got a duff line
