Hi all can anyone help me ive had the zgemma 2h2 now for over a year with know problems and have renewed my line 2 months ago but now i Keep losing premium channels.freeview is fine .most of the time I switch channel to a premium channel it's a black screen then I do a restart and they come back on then last around half an hour and I have to restart again .Turning the channel over and going back again doesnt work either. My Internet is wired with 60 mbps speed and I never had this issue before except on rare occasions .I'm using open ATV as image don't know if this makes a difference. Can anyone help I would be grateful

lots of things it could be, if using mgcamd, some older versions can freeze when you change channel, updating mg.cfg file , to a proven working one will cure, it could also be a server issue, some servers monitor time you're connected & if you are deemed inactive, the connection is broken, there are reported cable issues also . In openvix you can view a frozen cam check log, I don't use open atv so don't know about that, but if you open softcam manager, then try pressing menu button & see does frozen cam check menu appear for you

Mines same in stoke most of hd channels not comming on at all all the sd ones are fine.

The Leicester netid has lost sports HD channels, you should be using one of the stoke netids:
Stoke on Trent 1 EX C&W 41063
Stoke on Trent 2 EX C&W 41064

if you are using the correct netid, it's probably a connection problem, either a duff splitter or bad cabling

iif your channels are coming back after a reboot, it's not the cable issue thats affecting you, likely as said cam issue if mgcamd or indeed a wrongly configured oscam ,or server see you as inactive & disconnecting

I'm using mgcamd_1.38r1. Is this a old version?

If you want all of your hd channels bk I've found a quick fix . Just do an autoscan for your channels then when finished make sure you stay on the last scanned epg and do NOT switch it to any other for some strange reason they are all working fine on that.

I'm using mgcamd 1.38r1 don't no much about it as it was on box to begin with and I use box daily so prob haven't been disconnected as been in contact with person I had line off and he couldn't help me

two boxes tells me there's splitters involved.
what type of splitters are you using and how many are there?
they should be Tratec / Technetix, or at a push, Labgear
