Cable 2 missing channels on virmin

Hi all I have 2 sly movie channels missing scifi horror and greats sig strength is 0 all other channels are fine so bit weird thanks

Probably wrong net id, try another close to your area

Is greats not the one renamed back to the future just now? Have they ever worked? If so, try delete bouquets, run automatic scan and rerun ABM. Takes about 25 mins.

I'll try another net Id think there's a couple for our area cheers it used to be called back to the future but gone back to greats now if I run a scan it stops half way but Abu scan runs ok if that makes any sense ha not an expert at this just enough to get by thanks for the info tho

Im missing a couple as well.could you have the wrong net id and still get the majority of channels?

Yep I still get all channels except these 2
