2s Login problem

Hey guys

am having trouble installing a zgemma s2 on my parents house.

They have got a v8s but wanted me to install an Z Gemma2s instead. now ive done alot of these boxes and never encounted this problem before

i flashed all the firmware at my house and made sure it was all working before i dropped it off

when i pluged it in all i was getting was the normal channels 1, 2 etc but none of the sky channels ive made sure its connected to the internet through connection test and everything is fine and connected. so i tryed connecting to it via file zilla but it will not connect at all so if the box is not reading from the files it will obviously not give me the sky channels. so i tryed connecting via eithernet to the router and it still did not connect.

took it back to my house and it come straight on and connected also was able to connect using filezilla.

I remember reading about a similar problem - I think it was s BT router causing the issue . Who is their broadband provider and what type of router if it?

Try and run connection wizard it maybe remembering your internet

the router and internet is with sky

ive tryed the connection wizard but still no joy

i just find it very strange that there v8s was fine

Check network settings on zgemma, assign a static IP address to it if necessary.
