3PM Kickoffs

What are 3PM kickoffs? I see people on here mention them a lot. Obviously referring to football, but in terms of cardsharing/IPTV, what does it mean? Thanks.

UK Broadcasters cannot broadcast any live football between the hours of 3-5pm on a Saturday (when most games are played). Although they are allowed to be shown in other countries so people are referring to being able to watch the game on a foreign channel usually.

All PL matches are shown "live" somewhere in the world, the majority of these are 3PM on a Saturday, as above, they cannot be shown "live" in the UK.
On 28 E the only live 3 PM game is shown in the ROI, you can watch this in the UK if your CS provider includes it in his package and you scan in the ROI channel.
To see all of the fixtures you would need a motorised dish and a few other subscriptions or IPTV or a Streaming service.
