4 x Tuners but no free Tuner!

Bought my VU+ Duo 2 last week after upgrading from a Zgemma 2S :)
I ordered the box with Twin Satellite Tuners and Twin Hybrid Cable / T2 Tuners.
Ive got it configured as 2 x Satellite (A &B) and 2 x Freeview Tuners (C & D)
I installed Openvix and everything is working fine except for a Tuner issue.
Having tried to record two programmes at once and it records fine, but if I want to watch some other channel at the same time it warns me that there are no free tuners available.
The two programmes were channels available on Freeview so the box could use either Satellite or Freeview tuner.
Surely with 4 x tuners available I should not be getting this message!
There are settings in the Customize that let you set the preferred tuner but not sure what the settings should be.
Any ideas much appreciated

if you are recording 2 cable programs i think it is possible to get a no tuner message ,on my et i then press green button while on the channel list
satellite and move to sat list so it should let you then view sat list

if you scanned both sat and cable the all list should contain both dvb/c and dvb/s channels.

Finally sorted the problem out, it was operator error......
You have to have the Freeview Channels displaying in the EPG so they are separate listings from the satellite listings.
I thought the box just displayed one BBC1 HD in the listings and the box decided which tuner it would use!
Tested the box last night and it recorded 4 channels at once on the Freeview Tuners while I watched a Sat Channel.
Hope this might help some one not repeat my mistake!
