Anyone any idea why when trying to scan with abm i get this
"tune failed unable to lock on to frequency"
if i do manual scan it finds the channels ok and abm is set up same network id
I'm using openatv 6.0

Sounds like a bug in ABM to me I would try updating in a couple of days time

It was weird cos yesterday it was saying tuner failed fatal and this morning there were 47 updates cos I only recently got the h2h and now it's saying tuner failed to lock to frequency. Thought it was just my setup but I've set boxes up for other mates and used the same process and no problems. Could be a bug if others have the same problem as well. Hope it is cos it's so annoying flicking through 600 channels to find the one you want lol.

I've just reflashed my mates xtrend 8500 with openvix and scanned Channels in with ABM fine.

I would reflash to a new image and don't use settings restore, start from scratch

Just flashed bioheads image and tried it. Exactly the same error messages.

Try a brand new image, openatv 6.1

I tried wooshbuild yesterday as well it didn't work. However after just having a look at bioheads image, although abm doesnt work, it automatically has sorted all the scanned cable channels into bouquets which is all I needed as the manual scan works only abm doesn't work.
