Active channels - no picture

Hi
All channels are active, but no picture, thinking its the CCcam, followed this advise
Red button/softcam/ok/check cccam 2.3 shows as cam 1 and press green button to restart whilst on sky 1 channel.
no difference. Copied the file again. even downloaded the CCcam creator,
Checking the CCcaminfo - servers - RED status next to ukt***s.***dns.org - this mean its down?

contact your provider and ask if any issues their end and I would also edit that post and remove server details, not a good idea to be posting those details on a open forum

Thanks, edited. Is there a test I can run to run it prove it. Server replies to a simple ping.
The day it stopped working the house had a power cut.
