Cable add favorites

Hi chaps
Does anybody have any info on how to add channels from any of the listings to favorites?, i am wanting to make it easier to find the channels i watch the most.
still a newbie.

press down for favorites highlight the channel you want press menu, add service to bouquets and choose favourites
