Adding n line to star 2s

Hi guys, I have a customer struggling to get his n line working on star 2s. I've tried the line on my h2s and it's faultless. He is running vix ( I know ) and has FTP it to usr/keys. Line is showing in dream explorer newcamd.list and he has mgcamd 1.38 active. Freeview and IPTV working but no premium channels. Any ideas?

was gonna suggest shields or filters on router but surely they would block the iptv, how is he connecting wifi or Ethernet?
 
Yeah IPTV working so not shield plus his line ended last week and started with me tonight. Hadn't thought about connection tbh, I'll find out. Thanks for input buddy
