Adding test lines but not working Amiko box

My current line for the last 10 months has gone down , I've requested some new test lines , when adding them into the server box its showing connect ok but I'm not getting any channels except usual free channels 1 , 2 , 3 and 4 , any idea what the problem is or am I doing something wrong

Obvious question have you reebooted sound stupid you would be surprised tho the amount who dont do the obvious

Have you got a decent signal reading ?

Green and Yellow bars across the bottom of the screen ?

Yes mate rebooted both modem and box , added test line and just keeps saying :

Server (3) Connect failed
Connect to server (3) mgcamd

All fixed , disconnected everything and re connected , all okay

Try deleting any old line you may have set up on the box for some reason that was affecting my box even though they were not active.
