All channels blank/black screen

Good morning

I flashed my friends box for him last night using whooshbuild, did everything as i should, initialize usb, create swap, set up cross epg, autobouquet etc everything was working fine but his usb wasn't so i gave him a new one and initialized it, deep standby and swaped around, again everything fine but then i created a swap on the new usb and since then all the channels including FTA are just black when he clicks on them, any ideas guys, i said i would go and possibly re flash and start again for him tonight but just wondered if there's a solution first

No mate he only renewed in October, iv tried to re download epg that hasn't worked, swap cables around no joy, it seems as its only since created swapfile on new usb, could that have wiped the line details, will i need to re add line? But i think if it was anything to do with the line his FTA channels would still be working wouldn't they?
