All great for 3 months and now channels not working

Hi have searched forum for answers for a day now not sure if I'm missing anything. All my sly channels have stopped working. Have been assured by supplier all is fine and have no reason to disbelieve all has been good since November.

Is there anything I should check retry before I reflash the box? Running latest vix image.

Yes all fine there. Mgcamd 1.38 active and running have restarted a few times to no avail. Thanks. D

Not a thing. I'm the only one uses it and it has been very stable so have not dared tinker!! Lol

Menu - setup - system - network - device setup - network test - start test.

Should all be green, but could be that IP address or nameserver unconfirmed

In that case, change ethernet ports, use a new cable if have one, turn off box, turn off router, turn on router, when rebooted, turn on box, then repeat network test or see if paid channels working.
