Right i am baffled by this, it's a neighbours box. As in the title any channel carried by sky has disappeared. They are all showing no signal, yet bt, setanta racing uk etc are fine with 75% signal. What in gods name has happened. I dont think the dish has moved as there is a good quality signal on the aforementioned bt etc . I ran autobouquets e2 and now the channels are greyed out. if i manually search a known sky transpoder either H or V polarity i get no channels found. I also get this message, "tuner not configured correctly". I brought a box with all channels tuned in to this house and lo and behold no sky channels, not one, all 0%.
