AMC from BT no sound?

Hi everyone not sure if this is in the right place but I have a Zgemma Star 2S running Sucmnsee backup. All channels are fine apart from AMC which has no sound and want to watch Fear the Walking Dead. Any help will be much appreciated.

Press the button e/p above the 'up' button go to sound and change it to sound 2

turn your tv on and off at the plug so it resets through hdmi lead

Had the same problem. Pressed audio on remote changed from mpeg to option 2, mpeg English, and it worked?

yes i was going to say use the audio button and mess lol
