Amiko alien 8900 setting up help

can anyone else confirm which folder to ftp the oscam to?

If you get the ip address from the box and type that into browser followed by :8888 you should get into oscam that way so like 192.168.1.1:8888 user and password if asked is usually root and oscam I emailed you anyway bud

Have you started oscam on the box? You need to start it for it to let you login

no I hadn't done anything on the box to start Oscam

il see if can do that first then try that IP 8888 thing

Go into the softcam panel and in there you can choose to start and also to start it by default so it will automatically start each time when you power on the box

Gp to files and then oscam.server, just delete what's in there and paste what I sent you earlier. And then scroll down to the bottom and press save and that should be it. Reboot box if it doesn't come straight on

It's working

got the following message is that one off error message or is this going to keep on popping up until i change some settings?

does this Image and box only allow me to use Oscam and not the mgcamd or cccam?

would server send it converted in Oscam or would i have to for future references?

corksat all this would not of been possible you have been a massive help

I'm glad to help anyone out mate. Like I was saying earlier there is other images out there you can use that do have cccam and mgcamd on them you just need to find the right one that suits you

Also some of the international channels the picture is not fitting properly in the screen

any clues how I can fix this?

Yea just go to the settings and av control and in there change from 720 to 1080 when you see it
