Hi all I'm a new member.
I have been interested I n getting one of these boxes for a while but wasn't exactly sure how they worked and as I have a active v line I didn't no what box was perfect for me. I did a little research and then rushed into getting one before Xmas. I brought the box and gift as a package on flee bay. The person i got it off said they where there if I need any support but it seems he is trying to fob me off when I get in touch with problems. I keep getting problems with pausing through programs and scrambled channels. He said its my end which is at fault so I checked a few things. I'm running good Internet and all my connections seem fine. I have a feeling the gift I've recieved isn't what he is making out just need done help on what to try I feel like I've spent a lot of money and not really feeling any benifits thanks for reading guys
