Another H2H stuck in boot

Hi looking for some advice/help.

I'm a newbie at this but done my you-tube research and lurk these forums which have been a big help but now I'm stuck.

The box booted ok first time. I scanned for channels and installed a USB hard drive and EPG, new skin, everything ok, just connected to satellite at this time.
Next day still ok but needed to move box to bedroom so unplugged it. When reconnecting power, the box when to "boot" with red light and just stayed there. Looking on here it seemed the only way of getting out of this is to flash the box.

I have now tried numerous times to flash the box with all known official versions for this box from zgemma.tv
The box starts to "flash" for 1 minute but then stops again at "boot" with red light. I have tried 5 different usb sticks in fat32 low density formatted just incase, all with same outcome. I have exhausted what i can do to fix the box.

I can see my box and contents through FTP. I have grabbed the crash log and have included the details. The crash log looks like the latest time of attempted flash. Any help most welcome.
Many thanks

Stuart

Have you tried any of the backup images on here? Dsayers for Cable + Sat, Biohead for cable only? For testing purposes, either would do the trick as they're known good images.

If neither of those take it could be a hardware issue.

E-mailed eBay seller and he said send it back to him for fix or replacement. Think I will do that even though it feels like I've lost the battle!

My bad. Just found out what the problem was.

As I went to swap over my freesat box with the zgemma I inadvertently swapped power supplies. Both look very similar and have same output voltage/ ampage but the freesat power supply was not good enough to boot up the zgemma correctly!
Mixed the two supplies up in the excitement of getting the zgemma setup.
All went well with the reflash and I'm back up and running

Lesson learned.
Thanks for the help.

Box may be faulty. I had similar issues last year, trawled TK for answers without success. Eventually spoke to Zgemma and they advised box may be faulty and send back which I did. Since I got it back all okay.
