any recommendations on a good service provider

ok im gunna change from talk talk who have been good apart from deciding for me that there a certain sites they no longer wish for me to access like some torrent sites and some p2p sites for streaming. ok i know there are mirror back door ways in but im fed up with the man blocking my way with his sweaty ball bag.
so cheapish unrestricted and unlimited may be only boxes to tick i look forward to any tips.
 
they are nearly all blocking sites. there is a way around it as you know. or you can use news groups you have to pay however, they are very good.
 
yes i know that. he is looking for a isp who dose not block torrrent sites. but they are all doing it now.
