Anyone able to help me to get vm line working ?

I have managed to get the sky working and have put both lines in CCcam.cfg but and have set the Net ID to 00012 Leicester. also have the provider set to virgin UK. I have also activated the CCcam but it only showing one active line I think unless it's not meant to show both. but even a scan wont bring up any vm HD or other vm channels. The cable is fine and my internet is good.. as I have sky working. I just can't figure out this vm line.. I even had the wooshman's help to try and solve this but even he wasn't sure and said I'd need someone that knows a little more on the vm side of things.. is anyone able to help..

Also live in Leicester by the way. Also does your Tuner Configuration look the same as this

Yea I literally just woke up and quickly read this post then posted and then looked back at it.. working to much has officially done me in!
