Anyone know the timer start and end settings for enigma 2 boxes?

I recorded WWE Monday Night Raw but i missed the last 10 mins of the show as the recording timer was set to early.

Can someone check for me how long the timers be set by default when a program finishes?

You can change the settings your self, I think default is 3 minutes before and 5 minutes after

The show finished at 4 am and the start was 12.57 AM to 4.20 AM within the timers and it didn't record about 10 minutes.

Do you know what the problem may be?
