From my understanding, the service is not down but it not fully operational either! There is on going maintenance. There is limited service depending on app/device/setup but if you are using an E2 device with the custom plugin V5.5 - there is no service till there is a fix implemented. AFAIK - no ETA has been given.

You either wait or take a temp/month/week sub to get you by. Request section:
