ATV 5 problem getting MGcamd to recognise newcamd.list

The instructions for OpenATV 5 are pretty poor with regard to registering a newcamd.list file. I have managed to ftp my new file into the usr/keys folder, and have rebooted, but the MGcamd softcam in TSpanel still says "no ecm info". The '.list' file seems to have the correct server info in it.

Any ideas?
