Hi, all has been going well in the past week and a half I have had the box until this afternoon when on all sky channels I now only get picture but no sound. BBC ITV c4 and c5 are fine. I'm on latest wooshbuild and wondered if anyone had seen this before?

Make a complete backup of your box this time before you start playing.

Blue button -> Complete backup -> HDD

This will create an exact image of you box as it stands on the read USB device when you start the backup.


Then if / when you break your box, you flash your box using you local image.

Blue button -> Flash Online/Local -> Yellow button (Local) -> Yellow button (Devices) -> locate your USB stil and look for the zgemma folder. Open it, open the H3 folder and then highlight rootfs.bin and press the green button.

2 minutes or so later your box will be flashed black to how it was when you created the backup.
