Audio Voice Over on certain channels.

Hi,

Can anyone help, some of my channels have a audio voice over, obviously for visually impaired users, I know how to turn it off when I'm on the channel by using the audio button on the remote and choosing option 2, but I would much rather it not happen in the first place as this can be quit annoying.

I'm currently using sucmnsee image with sky q skin.
