Backing up CS info

I bought my box and it was already set up for me, i dunno what firmware it has on it, can i save my CS info then update my box if it needs it, then re-add my cs info..? If so how do i do that.

It's ok thanks i found it, i did 9991, then pressed the group button and it saved a txt file to my HD.

backing up csinfo

if you update the fw on your blade it won't affect your csinfo data, but a backup of your csinfo is good to have..
