Backup / Flash issue

Hi, My back backups onto a usb perfect. When i try to flash the box again with that usb the box hangs on FLSH
I have tested the usb on another box and i have the same issue.

Anyone know why?

What box and image? most images have a flash size limit delete unnecessary plugins that you can easily re download and try again

Is there a way to up the limit on flash size? or check if im over the size

My backup said 85mb. any ideas?
