Hi all I've just bought a zgemma s2 and now I just want to get my head around everything . It comes with openatv or something but I want to know what openatv is and what a image is and best image to use and everything else I need to know basically cheers all

Think of an image as an operating system like windows xp or apple mac OS.

A backup is an image that has been setup on a box the same as yours with all the settings done for you to make it just work and to save you loads of hassle and learning time.

The most popular image on this site is Vix, personally I prefer OpenATV (there are backups of both in the download section) with instructions
