Best Box for IPTV/PLEX and recording

Hi

Been thinking about getting a box for IPTV/PLEX for a while but do require recording functionality whats the best box, plus could it record to a network location as i have a NAS box .

extrend or vu solo2 i would go for plex works on both and iptv and get with hdd fitted as for local network never tried that
