Best Box For IPTV & Satelitte (Recording essential)

Hi, I'm looking for advice on buying a new box. I currently have a new Smart TV running IPTV in one room which is fine. Sly box being used in another room. My question is what is the best box to get which will allow me to record programmes (for the wife & kids especially) have EPG & access all sports, movies etc. without the need for using Sly. I don't have a wired internet connection at the location of the Sly box so it would have to be through WiFi. Any help/suggestions appreciated. I'm based in Southern Ireland.
 
Not sure what you are trying to do. Recording IPTV can have issues.

If you are trying to record on a sky sub then you need a twin tuner

one tuner to watch, one to record.

But what ever you buy, use homeplugs rather than WiFi
