Blade 5000s sound is behind

Hi I have a Blade 5000s and sound seems to be behind by few seconds this only happens on hd channels. Has anyone else had this problem?

Happens from time to time, just power off and on with your remote takes like 2 seconds to fix

You just got a faulty one. You have checked the batteries, yes?

@WHEELO I bought a new remote and I don't want to keep spending £14 on it every 4 months that's why I don't like these remotes. I had a Skybox f3 for 16 months and I didn't have any problems with the remote before I sold it and it cant be a faulty remote it just stopped working for no reason.

well if you bought it from a reputable company you have a 12-month warranty remotes should be replaced. I had a faulty remote stopped working after 3 months bought a new one from the retailer sent the faulty one back so they could check it out and they refunded me what I paid

I will be suprised if this new remote works beyond January.
