Blade 5000s

Hi just upgraded my blade with the 9991 menu and having trouble connecting to C Line. When looking at the sattelittes it is EUTELSAT_28A is selected. Do I have to tick any other sattelittes because I cannot get my C Line to work. any help gladly accepted

Uk sat is 28.2 e Astra 2/Eurobird if that's what your after?

yes your satellite needs to be pointing 28.2e
