Blade media bm7000 channels scrambled please help.

Hi! recently bought the bm7000 of this person who set it up for me with all channels and a subsription for a lot of money. However today it says scrambled channels when i flick to any channel, when i go on 9991 it says status disconnected when it should be connected.

Can anybody suggest how to resolve this and why it has happend. :willy nilly:


I have asked the bloke who i got it off and he says everythings fine on his end.. he says to check whether i am blocking the port, how do i do this?

As you can probably tell.. i am a complete novice! :/

Basically if it says you are not connected it means just that, you are not connected to him.

Check if the box is online by going to MENU - Blade Online, and see if it loads the directory up. If you get Connection Failed it means the box is not on the internet at all so that will be the problem. Check all your wires etc.

If you are on the internet then you are not connecting to him either because his server is down or the details he gave you are not right.

Your router blocking the port is very unlikely, very. Did it ever work?
