Off out for tonight but.
Shut box down - when back on - enter 9991 - on your cline make sure its connected, if not highlight cline and press RED button.
If CONNECTED turns green your good.
Failing that reboot modem and wait about 2 mins - 9991 - highlight cline - green for disconnect - wait a min - highlight cline and press Red for connect.
If CONNECTED turns green your good.
Failing that wait until morning - if still the same and your internet is fine contact cline supplier.

I see you posted for a test line in the c/s thread.
Did you get one ? They usually last 24 hrs.
Have you entered the info into the box
from the 9991 menu ?

The disconnected message doesn't apply to each
channel, it is showing if you are connected to the
server supplying your cline / test line
If its not connected, you only get FTA channels

Sounds like you bought your box with a "gift"
Which means it had a cline already set up
for you. They usually run for a year.
How much did you pay for your box ? was it about £250 or something like that ?
Have you ever entered a cline into your box yourself ?
Don't worry, if this is the case just read the tutorial

and you will be back up an running in no time

Ok read the tutorial, I mentioned, you will need
a cline from a c/s server.
You have already requested a recommended c/s server
so somebody will send you a PM with details of who to
contact.
Purchase a cline from your server.
Enter the info as mentioned in the tutorial
and that should be it, happy days again !
