Blank channels after changing virgin end piece

Hi guys

Bt sports 1 and 2 and sky superhero and thriller all come up with 0pervent signal and don’t clear? Is there anything I can do to get them working? Every other channel works fine

did you change splitter / connectors. had.this issue once was down to bad equipment

I changed the connector from virgin box on wall to the spmitter

check if connection is secure try tighten it thats why no signal on few

Tighter it with pliers still doesn’t work on them channels

uhmm a standard f connector change shouldnt really matter unless something happened to the end of the cable. if you switch it back does it work

try a scan in autobouquetsmaker, then restart box and router and see if channels appear
