Blank channels on Zgemma

Hi fellas,
Go gentle, I recently lost some but not all channels, ss1 ss2 ss3 all blank but I can see ss4 ss5 f1 bt. Movies gone as has sky1 and a load of others.

Ive updated the Autobouquests and Crossepg downloader things and rebooted loads of times.

Yesterday ss1 ss2 ss3 were working on ROI but not today :-(.

Tonight I totally reflashed to wooshbuild 5 but its just the same.

Would it be the line do you think even though some things still work?

Try Force EPG reload. This works for me.

If you've done ABM a few times try a test line on here then look at a flash then cabling/dish. There is a few servers struggling with their cards just now I see on sports and needing re-paired to official boxes.

if you did a gui restart do a line refresh

Yip turns out it was the line. Supplier was aware. New line and all back to normal.
