Blue circle Freezing

I’ve recently connected my Zgemma H2H box to a VPN router and noticed ever since I’m getting the blue loading circle in the top corner all the time but even if I plug back in to my normal router still getting it, however I have one in the back room and not getting that problem with that one. Tried cache flush reboots etc. Can I anyone help, cheers.
 
I’ve just noticed I did a cache flush and went down to 50% but within a minute just checked and up to 90% now.
 
My Xtreamtv needs re validating but provider hasn’t done it yet, was wondering if that was it was debating removing it and seeing if any better.
