BM Combo freezing

Off late BM Combo has been freezing. No functions work from the remote like channel change, volume ,power off etc, and the picture freezes. I have to switch on/off from the power switch behind before it resets itself and things are back to normal. i have the latest September firmware patch. Any one else with this issue.

I'm still running on the may firmware here
and haven't had any issues, why not try this one?

You may have to set the sound level to "high"
on some channels as I think they load in as "medium"

It's a little set of headphones button near the top
on your remote
