bm5000s black screen from start up

hi guys just home for a week and I was setting up my sons box for him just the same way I done mine for him and after I done the upgrade by usb the box restarted screen came on then
went black with 0000 on the front display and I cant see anything . not even the menus can anone help how to get it back to the beginning or force factory reset or how to get the screen back on lol

keep me posted mate have a friends box doing the same thing...set up a few of these and never seen this
