bm7000s picture no sound

can any one help me please i have a blade bm7000s hd works ok but some of the plus 1 chanels on documentrs picture is fine but no sound i have tryed a fresh scan and still the same can anyone help thanks

Change the audio button on the remote top right to suit

Hi, I have a same issue on different box, after much stressing I turned TV off and on and sound then plays, so everytime it happens I turn TV off and on and it works, I think its something to do with the HDMI handshake, just guessing.

i looked at that thanks its only 5/6 channels but its doing my head in ..lol

Likely all the missing channels are using the same frequency a rescan should fix it.
