Boot up in standby

im using the Dsayers build, I leave it in standby but every time I come to put it back on it goes into boot mode. Is there a setting to stop this?

It says in the guide epg refresh powers down the box when finished to change this portal, epgrefresh show advance options yes
Change shutdown after EPG refresh to no.

That's great cheers mate. Last question, is there anyway to change the channel numbers to sky's? I've disabled the sky feed and many just using Cable but the numbers are different Sky premiere is 401, normally on Sky it's 301

No you could look at doing a cable custommix and swap the channels around to match sky but you would need to it for every channel. Vm is designed to follow virgin media channel numbers.
