Some are having probs with BT HD

11585.00 H S/R 29500 for BT1 & 2 HD, a manual scan may be needed to add the TP.

Menu - Installation - Channel Search - Scan

Just a note though, all ESPN channels then disappeared
from the sport group and only ESPN HD and ESPN
appeared in the ALL group and are now working again.

You can't move channels between groups with these
boxes so you will probably have to do another channel search in a few
days / weeks to see if those good people at blade have re grouped them.

Exactly all you have to do is do a FULL BLIND scan...or
Update your channel list using AJ's list with the "NEW" ESPN updated and working

My BT channels are available to view but keep cutting out after 10 secs or so and are then scrambled. I have updated the channel list via the blade online and ran one manual channel search on the frequency (not sure if correct though. The BT channels are the ones i'm having a problem with.

Has anyone any ideas of what could be done? Not sure what a blind scan does, but should I give this a go?

Blind scan is a full channel search, as in post 9
it just updates everything. Takes about 5 mins.

Do the scan, if you still have problems I would check with your server
as mine are fine.

I did a blind scan and this seemed to solve the problem. It has happened once more in the past few days but thats it.

Fingers crossed.
